HexSlate is operated by GSW Solutions, registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42115446, at contact@hexslate.com. Using the site means accepting what follows.

The tools are free, and they come with no warranty

Each tool is offered as it is, with its limits described on its own page. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, complete or fit for what you intend to do with it. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, especially where money, security or a production system is involved.

To the extent Dutch law allows it, GSW Solutions is not liable for damage arising from the use of this site or from a result it produced. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what the law requires.

What you may do with it

Use the tools for anything, private or commercial, without asking. Results the tools produce from your own input are yours. The site itself is not: the design, the text and the source code stay the property of GSW Solutions.

Do not use the site in a way that breaks it for other people, and do not use it for anything illegal. The tools run in your own browser, so what you process is your responsibility.

Availability

There is no uptime promise. Tools may change or disappear, and pages may be offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law are unaffected. How your data is handled is set out separately on the privacy page.
